What is the old Adam nature doing in a believer's life?
In a believer’s life, the old Adam nature is working constantly to promote sin, and it succeeds too often. It stands opposite the divine new nature. Believers are to turn from its instincts, put it down, keep it in subjection, and feed the new nature so they do not sin.
