What did Noah's three sons do after they came out of the ark?

After coming out of the ark, Noah's three sons repopulated under a new creation for 200 years, remained in the Middle East, then rebelled against God's instruction to scatter and repopulate the planet by gathering at the Tower of Babel under Nimrod.

Les teaches that when Noah's three sons came out of the ark, they entered a whole new creation that came about as a result of the flood. For 200 years they repopulated, and they stayed there in the Middle East. Then, in total rebellion against what God had instructed—to scatter and repopulate the planet—they gathered at the tower of Babel under one man called Nimrod. At Babel, again in total rebellion against God's authority, the tower was not intended to take brick and stone all the way to heaven; it was a place of religion whereby they could literally usurp the throne of God religiously, which has always been Satan's goal. They were going to replace the things God had instructed with the things Satan is going to promote himself.
