Can any power on earth or in heaven take a believer out from under the blood protection?
No. Paul writes that neither death, life, angels, principalities, powers, things present, things to come, height, depth, nor any other creature can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. The believer is under the blood, and no power on earth or in heaven can remove that protection.
Les explains that God had to redeem fallen mankind, and redemption comes only through blood. Christ Jesus was sent forth to be a propitiation through faith in His blood, and those who have had the blood of Christ applied are safe. Just as the Jewish family in Egypt was protected from the death angel by the blood on the door, so nothing can touch the believer. Les points to Romans 8:37-39, where Paul says we are more than conquerors and is persuaded that neither death, life, angels, principalities, powers, things present, things to come, height, depth, nor any other creature can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. The reason is that believers are under the blood. No power on earth or in heaven can take them from under that blood protection. As surely as the Israelites were safe in Egypt, believers are safe today.
