What does Paul mean about not glorifying God in your body?

Since believers are bought with the price of Christ's blood, they are to glorify God in their physical bodies. Paul means sexual immorality—consorting with prostitutes, being immoral, or lacking fidelity to a spouse—does not glorify God and brings reproach.

Les explains that since believers are bought with a price—the blood of Christ—and are now atoned and redeemed, everything done in this body of flesh, where we live, move, work, and play, should redound to the glory of God. He says Paul's point is that hobnobbing with prostitutes or the immoral, or having no fidelity with one's spouse, does not glorify God in the body; it brings reproach. Les notes this introduces chapter 7, which he says he wishes he could skim over because he is not a marriage counselor.
