Should you let vegetarians judge you for eating meat?
No. Scripture declares meat is part of God's diet and nothing is wrong with eating it for the normal, healthy person. Paul instructs, 'let not him who eateth not judge him who eateth.' Only God, who received the believer and died for him, is judge, so no vegetarian should condemn you.
Les teaches that all the way through Scripture there is absolutely nothing that says we cannot eat meat. He explains that meat is part of God's diet and there is nothing wrong with eating meat, except if a doctor says you cannot. Paul addresses the situation where someone says, 'I'm a vegetarian, and you are a testimony of evil when you eat meat,' and Paul says, 'let not him who eateth not, judge him who eateth.' Les points to Romans 8: no one can judge us, because the one who died for me is the judge. So when you meet other believers who may not live as you think they should, you are in no position to judge them; you may point them from Scripture, but you cannot judge. Paul rejects judging another man's servant, since you are not his boss and not paying his wages - God is. Therefore, do not let vegetarians judge you, and do not judge them.
