What would happen if every American read Romans chapter 8 once a day?

Les teaches that Romans chapter 8, verse 1, is the chapter being studied, and he says if every American would read Romans chapter 8 once a day, we would see a change in this country just from that one chapter. He connects this to the preceding discussion of justification by faith, identification with Christ in His death, burial, and resurrection, and the dilemma of wanting to do right but not doing it. Chapter 8 opens with verse 1, and he presents that chapter as having a powerful effect on the nation if read consistently.
