Who is the New Covenant for, the church or Israel?

The New Covenant is made with the house of Israel and the house of Judah—all Israel—not with the church. Scripture states it is Israel's covenant ground, and God will bring the remnant through tribulation and refine them as silver and gold.

Les teaches that the New Covenant is not church ground; it belongs to Israel. He points to Jeremiah 31:31, where God promises to make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah, meaning all Israel, not the ten lost tribes. Zechariah 13:8-9 shows a remnant of Israel brought through the fires of tribulation, refined as silver and gold, calling on the Lord's name, and He will say, 'It is My people.'
