What are the two levels on which God deals with the Jew?

God deals with the Jew on two levels: national and personal. When He blinded them nationally, that did not take away the personal opportunity for salvation. This distinction means God's national dealings with the nation do not override His personal dealings with individual Jews. Each Jew still has personal access to salvation.

Les teaches that God deals with the Jew on two levels: national and personal. In Acts 15, Peter explains how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name—the church, which is His body. As that began, Jews became envious and opposed it, and God put a blindness upon the nation. Yet Les reminds people that this national blinding does not take away the personal opportunity for salvation.
