Will God bring Israel back to the land after 2,000 years?
Yes. Even though God has set Israel aside for the last 2,000 years, He is not through with the nation of Israel. One day He will bring them back to the land and pick up where He left off with His covenant people.
Les explains that Romans 9–11 deals with the nation of Israel: chapter 9 covers Israel’s past, chapter 10 Israel in the age of grace, and chapter 11 what is still ahead. He emphasizes that much of Christendom, including Roman Catholics, Protestants, and other groups, refuses to accept that God is not through with Israel and has set Israel aside. But Les says, don’t believe it. This book is adamant that even though God has set Israel aside for the last 2,000 years, He is one day going to bring them back to the land, as He is doing, and will pick up where He left off with His covenant people.
