Will Israel choose to enter into the new covenant?

No. The New Covenant is not entered by Israel's decision or a national vote to follow God. God declares He will put His law in their inward parts and write it on their hearts. When Christ returns, the preserved remnant will see Him and believe instantly, making the covenant a reality.

Les explains that this is not going to be a choice of Israel. That company of Jews will not suddenly say, "Well, we've decided to follow God." Instead, when Christ returns and sets up His Kingdom, the remnant of Jews kept through the tribulation period will see Him coming in the clouds of glory. They will believe in a moment. The nation will be born in a moment, born spiritually in a day, and then the New Covenant will become a reality as God puts His Word and commandments in their heart. This connects with the remnant Paul deals with in Romans 9, 10, and 11, and with the passage in Isaiah 66.

Jeremiah 31:33

But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
