Does becoming a Christian change your friendships and desires?

Yes. When a person becomes a believer, the whole circle of friendships will probably change, and the whole desire begins to change. This is as it should be, because the old life and new life are two different worlds. Yet believers still function, work, and plan, avoiding being so heavenly minded as to be no earthly good.
