Why are many people unaware of scriptural truths?
Many people remain unaware of scriptural truths because they rely on what others have written and stay within their denominational confines, rather than examining the Scriptures for themselves. This dependence on human tradition and limited perspectives keeps them from seeing truths that are available in the Bible.
Les explains that too many people rely on what people have written and perhaps remain within their denominational confines, leaving them totally unaware of many scriptural truths. He finds joy when listeners write that they are beginning to understand and see things they had never seen before. He also mentions a pastor from Indiana who was enjoying the teaching, illustrating that even those in ministry can discover these truths anew.
