How long does a person's mind, will, and emotion live?

The mind, will, and emotion—the personality created in Adam—is an eternal, created thing from God. It will live somewhere forever, not merely for 100 or 200 years and then disappear. It never ends, because it is in the realm of the Spirit, and Scripture speaks of forever and ever for all eternity.

Les explains that the mind, will, and emotion created in Adam came straight from the Creator Himself, so it is not going to last 100 or 200 years and disappear. It will last forever, because we are dealing in the realm of the Spirit. That personality, that mind, will, and emotion, is going to live somewhere forever. The lake of fire won't be living, but nevertheless they're going to be there; it's not going to end. Les warns against buying the idea of annihilation, because Scripture doesn't say it. Every Scripture verse he knows concerning the wicked in their doom says forever and ever and ever for all eternity, because it is an eternal, created thing from God.
