What is the only remedy for the old Adam nature?
The only remedy for the old Adam nature is for God to move in by His omnipotent, all-powerful, omniscient way and put old Adam to death. This removes his power and influence so that we can get on with life with a new nature, a divine nature.
Les teaches, returning to Romans chapter 3 after finishing verse 22, that the only remedy for the old Adam is for God to move in, in His omnipotent, all-powerful, omniscient way, and put old Adam to death. This puts old Adam to death so that we are rid of him as far as his power and influence are concerned, allowing us to get on with life with a new nature, a divine nature.
