Why did the Creator become a man and die for humans?

The Creator became a man and died because He loved the human race and willingly, obediently did all that needed to be done to take care of old Adam, give us a new divine nature, and set our feet on a rock, making it available to those who believe.

Les explains that the Creator Himself came down, took on human flesh, and lived 33 years on the dusty, dirty roads of Israel. He went the most horrible death ever dreamed up by mankind, and He did it willingly and obediently simply because He loved the human race. God did everything necessary to take care of old Adam, give a new divine nature, and set our feet on a rock—all accomplished when He said it is finished. We cannot add anything to it. It is all done unto them that believe, not a mere acknowledgment, but a genuine heart condition: the law condemns and convicts old Adam, and we realize God’s mercy has already been poured out; we merely appropriate it by believing.
