When will God speak to them in His wrath?

God will speak in His wrath after mankind repeatedly rejects the Anointed One and reaches complete confusion while still thinking it has all the answers. This occurs during the final seven years of human history, specifically the great tribulation, a three-and-a-half-year period of events beyond human comprehension.

Les teaches that Psalm 2 is just about the first place the word wrath is used regarding God dealing with mankind. The early verses speak of Jew and Gentile rejecting the Anointed One, which speaks of crucifying Him. After they have rejected Him, and rejected Him, and rejected Him, and finally reached a point of complete confusion, but still think they have all the answers, then He shall speak unto them in His wrath. Not in grace, not in love, but in wrath, and then He will vex them in His sore displeasure. Les connects this to Matthew 24:21, the final seven years of human history, when there shall be great tribulation such as was not since the world began. He notes the flood was not God's wrath but an act of mercy, for they were instantaneously wiped off the face of the earth. The wrath will be three-and-a-half years of things beyond human comprehension, and that is what is coming. Revelation 6 also speaks of this same period of time.
