Who are the 'them' God will speak to in wrath?

God will speak in wrath to the nations of the world, after they had rejected their king. He will address them not in love, mercy, and grace, but in His wrath, vexing them in His sore displeasure and pouring out that wrath during the Tribulation.

Les teaches that this passage gives the order of the Old Testament prophetic program. After Israel rejected their king, God will speak to the nations of the world, not in love and mercy and grace, but in His wrath. He will vex them in His sore displeasure, pouring out all the wrath and vexation He can place during what is known as the Tribulation. Les notes this is described graphically in the book of Revelation. He also explains that because Israel rejected everything, the derision and related prophetic events were pushed into the future and are now being seen in our own day and time.
