Did Paul receive his gospel from Christ's earthly ministry or from the Twelve in Jerusalem?

Paul received his gospel neither from Christ's earthly ministry nor from the Twelve in Jerusalem. Instead, he received it by direct revelation from the ascended Lord, after the crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension, during a private training period away in the desert.

Les teaches that Paul was adamant he did not receive his Gospel from the earthly ministry of Christ. Paul also did not go back down to Jerusalem to check in with the Twelve. Rather, he had his own private seminary training with the Ascended Lord from heaven out in the desert. When he came away from that experience, he began the doctrines of grace. Les further explains that our Gospel must come primarily from this Apostle’s writings, because Paul reveals things given to him by the Lord after His crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension, from where He is now seated at the Father’s right hand.
