Who brought Saul to the apostles in Jerusalem?

Barnabas brought Saul to the apostles in Jerusalem. When the disciples feared Saul and did not believe he was a disciple, Barnabas took him and brought him to Peter, James, John, and the rest, declaring how Saul had seen the Lord on the way and preached boldly at Damascus in Jesus' name.

Les explains that after three years Saul came up to Jerusalem and intended to join the disciples, but they were all afraid of him and did not believe he was a disciple. Barnabas, called 'good old Barnabas' in the text, took Saul and brought him to the apostles—Peter, James, and John, and the rest. Barnabas declared to them how Saul had seen the Lord on the way and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus. Afterward Saul was with them, coming in and going out at Jerusalem, speaking boldly in the name of the Lord Jesus and disputing against the Grecians, who were non-Palestine Jews, Jews who were citizens of other nations. That opposition led them to attempt to kill him.

Acts 9:27

But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared unto them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Jesus.
