Are today's earthquakes and world government preparations actually Bible prophecy coming true?

No. The increase in earthquakes and global preparations for world government, economy, and religion are not prophecy being fulfilled. They are only setting the stage; the wheels of prophecy are not yet turning. All prophecy is directed primarily to the nation of Israel, not the church.

Les explains that while we can see the beginnings of prophecy again, we are not yet in prophetic dealings. He notes that even as earthquakes increase and the world prepares for world government, world economy, and a world religion, that is still not the wheels of prophecy turning; it is simply getting things ready for when they do. He stresses that all prophecy is directed primarily to the nation of Israel, and there is no prophecy directed to the church. Peter’s quotation of Joel 2:28 is an example of prophecy given to Israel.

Joel 2:28

And it shall come to pass afterward, that I will pour out my spirit upon all flesh; and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, your old men shall dream dreams, your young men shall see visions:

Are today's earthquakes and preparations for world government signs that prophecy is already being fulfilled?

No. Increasing earthquakes and global preparations for world government, a world economy, and a world religion are not yet the wheels of prophecy turning. They are simply getting the world ready for when those wheels do turn. All prophecy is directed primarily to Israel.
