Who instructed Paul to write Galatians?

The Holy Spirit instructed Paul to write the book of Galatians. While Paul rehearsed the events of Galatians chapter 2, where he confronted Jewish believers in Jerusalem about his ministry to Gentiles, he was being instructed to write by the Holy Spirit.

Les explains that in Galatians chapter 2, Paul rehearses an event about 51 A.D., roughly 22 years after Pentecost. Paul was brought from Antioch to Jerusalem to confront Jewish believers about his ministry to Gentiles. The leaders added nothing to him, and he stood on his own two feet. Les emphasizes that at this point Paul is being instructed to write by the Holy Spirit, indicating the Holy Spirit is the one directing him to write Galatians.
