How did Paul write the letter to the Galatians?

Paul wrote Galatians under intense urgency, without waiting for a secretary to take dictation. Because of poor eyesight, he laboriously printed the letter in large block letters himself, rushing it to the Galatian assemblies being pressured by Judaizers to return to the Law.

Les explains that Paul was under such duress to get this letter written as quickly as possible that he didn't even wait for a secretary to take dictation. Instead, he laboriously printed it in large block letters because of his poor eyesight. The intense need was to get the letter up to the Galatian assemblies, who were being bombarded by the Judaizers to come back under the Law.
