Why was Jesus able to fulfill the requirements for the mortgage?
Jesus alone could fulfill the mortgage requirements because He was the next of kin and the Son of God. He possessed the power and all necessary attributes to carry it out, and He was fully willing to do it. Thus He became the great payer of the mortgage held by Satan.
