What did the Trinity agree about before creation regarding human redemption?

The Trinity agreed before creation that when fallen man would need a Redeemer and salvation, the second person of the Trinity would step down from the invisible Godhead, take on flesh, and go the way of the cross, through burial and resurrection for man's eternal redemption.

Les explains that the determinate counsel of God in Acts 2:23 refers to the triune God—three persons, yet one—consulting within itself before anything was ever created. Knowing everything that would take place, the Trinity agreed that when fallen man would need a Redeemer and salvation, it would be the second person who would step down from the invisible Godhead, take on flesh, and go the way of the cross, burial, and resurrection for man's eternal redemption. Les clarifies he does not imply the three sat around a table debating, but within the Godhead all three persons agreed this was the only way. It was foreknown before creation and consummated in the thought process of the Trinity.

Acts 2:23

Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:
