Why has God made all provisions for believers to endure temptation?
God has made all provisions because Christ experienced every category of temptation that befalls believers. Since Christ fully identifies with human temptation, God remains faithful, limits temptation to what believers can bear, and with each temptation provides a way of escape so they may endure it.
Les teaches that Satan will hit us and the old Adam will come up against us, but God is faithful and will not permit believers to be tempted above what they are able. With the temptation, God also makes a way to escape so they may be able to bear it. Les calls this a promise, saying there is no need to fail or stumble, even though we do, and that it is not God's fault. God has made all the provisions, and they are based on the fact that Christ experienced every category of temptation that befalls us.
