How did Jesus become the glorified Lord of glory again?

After suffering the humiliation of His humanity and taking upon that humanity the sins of the world, Jesus became again the glorified Lord of glory in resurrection power. As the resurrected Christ, the One who died for our sin, He is now known in that glorified state.

Les explains that Jesus is the name of His humanity and humility, the One upon whom the sins of the world were laid. The disciples during His earthly ministry never addressed Him merely as Jesus; they said Lord Jesus or Master. Paul rarely uses just Jesus, usually saying Lord Jesus Christ, Christ, or Lord Jesus. Les teaches that after Jesus suffered the humiliation of His humanity and bore the sins of the world, He became again the glorified Lord of glory in resurrection power. That is how we know Him—as the resurrected Christ who died for our sin. Les contrasts this with the “Jesus people” who spoke much of Jesus but knew nothing of His resurrection or saving power, focusing only on His good earthly life; no one is saved by merely believing Jesus did good.
