When did Jesus attain again the glory He had before?

Jesus attained again the glory He had before at His resurrection. After His death, burial, and resurrection, He was glorified, and this is reflected in John chapter 17 in the high priestly prayer. His post-resurrection body is the glorious body, not the body of humiliation before the cross.

Les explains that Philippians 3:20-21 promises the believer’s vile body will be fashioned like Christ’s glorious body. He clarifies this refers not to the body of humiliation before the cross but to His post-resurrection body. When was He glorified? Les says at resurrection: after the death, burial, and resurrection, He attained again the glory that He had. That is in John chapter 17 in the high priestly prayer. The 40 days of Christ’s post-resurrection life show how believers will operate in their new resurrected bodies.

Philippians 3:21

Who shall change our vile body, that it may be fashioned like unto his glorious body, according to the working whereby he is able even to subdue all things unto himself.
