What will the saved remnant of Israel become after recognizing their Messiah at the second coming?
At the second coming, the saved remnant of Israel will recognize their Messiah, become believers as a nation, and become the seed stock and beginning of the nation of Israel. They will enter the Kingdom with Christ ruling and reigning, forming the foundational population of Israel during the thousand-year period.
Les explains that at the midpoint of the Tribulation a whole remnant of Israel went down into the mountains southeast of Jerusalem, and God protected them for three and a half years, as He did Israel in the wilderness. At His second coming they finally become believers as a nation, and they will be the seed stock of the nation of Israel. Coming into the Kingdom with Christ ruling and reigning as King, this remnant—saved by recognizing their coming Messiah, even though it is the second time—will be the beginning of the nation of Israel. Along with Gentile believers who survived the Tribulation, they enter the thousand-year period, which will see tremendous population growth, prosperity, food production, ideal climate, no sin, no death, and Satan locked up.
