What determines the level of responsibility believers have when ruling with Christ?
The level of responsibility believers have when ruling and reigning with Christ is determined by their faithfulness in this life. Reward is based on the Christian walk on earth, not salvation, which cannot be earned. Believers are urged to labor and serve for reward, with rewards coming primarily in the Kingdom economy.
Les teaches that rewards are biblical and that believers will be rewarded based on their Christian walk in this life on earth. Those rewards come to fruition primarily in the Kingdom economy. When the Kingdom finally comes on the earth and becomes active, Christ is King of kings and Lord of lords, ruling primarily the nation of Israel, which will be the greatest nation going into the Kingdom, and also as the worldwide ruler. Believers will rule and reign with Him. The level of responsibility in that rule is based on faithfulness here. Therefore believers should labor, work, and serve for reward, not for salvation, which cannot be earned anyway. Most people would rather be active than sitting on the sideline.
