What is God doing for the Gentiles during the Tribulation?
During the Tribulation, God is still preparing Gentiles to enter the Kingdom in ordinary flesh-and-blood bodies. Though the Age of Grace was primarily to Gentiles, God has not forgotten them. They will help populate the Kingdom, which will experience a tremendous population explosion.

During the Tribulation, God has still been preparing Gentiles to go into the Kingdom in ordinary flesh-and-blood bodies. This is because the Kingdom will see a tremendous population explosion, so that by the end of the thousand years, when Satan is released to test them once again, there will probably be as many people on the earth or more than there are right now. Les then turns to Isaiah 24 to pick up these Gentiles, beginning with a graphic description of the Tribulation: the Lord makes the earth empty, waste, and turns it upside down. These cataclysmic things will happen to the planet during the final seven years of human history, and everyone will come under this tremendous seven-year period of events. The land will be utterly emptied and spoiled, and the earth will mourn and fade away under these judgments.
