What happens to Gentile believers who are saved during the tribulation?

During the tribulation, multitudes of non-Jews will have a salvation experience amid the turmoil, but they will not live long to tell about it. They will be martyred almost immediately, joining the tribulation martyrs slain for the word of God and their testimony.

Les explains that the fifth seal pictures John seeing under the altar the souls of those slain for the word of God and for the testimony they held, which he identifies as tribulation martyrs. He then points ahead to a future program showing that multitudes of non-Jews will indeed have a salvation experience during all this turmoil, but they will not live very long to tell about it. It will be a period when they are almost martyred immediately, during the most awful seven-year period in human history, the beginning of sorrows Jesus foretold in Matthew 24.
