Who will ultimately bring peace to the Middle East?
The Antichrist will ultimately bring peace to the Middle East. He will bring a seven-year treaty of peace to Israel and the Middle East, and seemingly the world will think he is the mastermind. Every president has stubbed their toe on Jerusalem, but he will succeed.
Les teaches that the world is uniquely fixated on peace in the Middle East, while ignoring conflicts in places like Sri Lanka or Africa. Every U.S. president since Kennedy has tried to bring peace there, but they all stub their toe on Jerusalem, which Scripture calls a stone of stumbling. The reason for this focus is that the Antichrist will finally be the one to bring a seven-year treaty of peace to Israel and the Middle East, and the world will think he is the mastermind.
