Who will accept the Antichrist in the tribulation?

Those who accept the Antichrist in the tribulation are unbelievers who previously heard the gospel and the truth of God's Word, but loved unrighteousness, rejected that truth, and spurned God's offer of salvation. Because they received not the love of the truth that they might be saved, God sends them a strong delusion to believe the lie.

Les explains that the Antichrist's coming is after the working of Satan, with power, signs, and lying wonders, and all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish—that is, the unbeliever. Those ready to accept the coming of the Antichrist are people who had an opportunity to hear the gospel, the truth of the Word of God, but loved their unrighteousness, rejected it, and spurned God's offer of salvation. As the tribulation begins, God deals again in the realm of the supernatural, and during this seven-year period of dealing with Israel, the supernatural becomes commonplace. For this cause, because this group heard the gospel, contemplated it, but rejected it, God shall send them a strong delusion that they should believe the lie.

2 Thessalonians 2:10

And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.
