Is the book of Revelation myth or God's Word?

Revelation is not myth or legend. It is a perfectly tuned book that is definitely part of the Word of God. Its structure unfolds in sevens—letters, seals, trumpets, bowls, persons, and woes—showing divine order, since seven is God's number. It is not the gobbledygook unbelievers call it.

Les explains that the whole book of Revelation is a breakdown of sevens. He notes that the seven letters to the seven churches are followed by the seven seal judgments, which introduce the seven trumpet judgments; the seventh trumpet then introduces the final seven bowl judgments. Interspersed are seven distinct persons and seven woes. Because seven is God's number, Les concludes the book is not myths and legends or the gobbledygook unbelievers call it, but a perfectly tuned book that is definitely part of the Word of God. He also connects the opening of the seals to the beginning of the final seven years, Daniel's 70th week, when the Antichrist signs a seven-year treaty with Israel, and notes that this period is divided into two three-and-a-half-year halves, or forty-two months each.
