What will happen when Christ brings the heavenly Kingdom to earth?
When Christ leaves Heaven and brings the heavenly Kingdom to earth to set up the earthly Kingdom, believers will be with Him and are part and parcel of it. That Kingdom becomes visible, viable, governmental, and political as He becomes King of Kings and Lord of Lords. Its dominion is eternal, everlasting, and shall not be destroyed.
Les explains that the Kingdom is spiritual now, and Grace Age believers have their citizenship in Heaven. They have been translated into the Kingdom of His dear Son, which is presently located in Heaven. When God the Son leaves Heaven and brings the Heavenly Kingdom with Him to set up the earthly Kingdom, believers will be with Him, making them part and parcel of that Kingdom. It will then become a visible, viable, governmental, political kingdom when He becomes King of Kings and Lord of Lords. The context also reads that all people, nations, and languages should serve Him. Les notes His dominion is not going to be just for a thousand years, as Revelation teaches, but will go on into eternity. It is an eternal, everlasting Kingdom that shall not pass away and shall not be destroyed.
