What will make the time ripe for the Antichrist to appear?
The time will be ripe when the ten nations of the revived Roman Empire appear to have their act together, yet Europe experiences so much turmoil that it creates the conditions for a strong man to emerge—the Antichrist, the little horn coming out of those ten nations.
Les explains that Western Europe already has its own currency, the European Community Unit or ECU, and that the whole constitution of Western Europe is ready to be implemented. They are not pushing it yet because they are not quite ready. He says this is strictly projection, but when the ten nations seemingly feel they have their act together, there will be so much turmoil in Europe that it will make the time ripe for the appearance of a strong man, the Antichrist. Les identifies him as the little horn coming out of the ten nations that make the revived Roman Empire, the ten toes of Nebuchadnezzar’s vision. Three smaller nations will lose their identity and be gobbled up by the other seven, and out of the remaining seven will come this man Antichrist.
