What do horns represent in Bible prophecy?
In Bible prophecy, horns represent kings. The ten horns symbolize ten kings, and in Revelation they form the base of operation for the world ruler called the Antichrist. They depict political rulers, not literal horns, and describe rulers in the tribulation period.
Les teaches that the horns in Scripture merely refer to kings. The ten horns, therefore, symbolize ten kings. He points out that the semicolon after the Roman empire jumps about 1,700 years to the present time, linking to the European community as the revived Roman empire. These ten horns will be the base of operation for the world ruler called the Antichrist. Revelation is the road map of the tribulation, where these end-time kingdoms are described.
