Daniel 2's future kingdom will be on earth and cover the whole earth, with tremendous production and no want, poverty, or famine. It is a glorious physical kingdom, yet spiritual, because there is no curse or sin, and Christ will rule over the planet.

Though it is a physical kingdom, it will also be a glorious spiritual kingdom because there is no curse and no sin, and Christ will rule over the planet. He also alludes to Isaiah 11, where the wolf, lamb, and bear feed together, illustrating the kingdom's physical elements and restoration.
