Will the stone kingdom of Daniel 2 be limited to Israel or fill the whole earth?

The stone kingdom of Daniel 2 is not limited to the land of Israel. After the stone smites the image and becomes a kingdom, the context emphasizes that it fills the whole earth. It will be a worldwide kingdom, spiritual, physical, and political, set up on the earth under Christ's rule.

Les explains that as Christ, the stone, smites all the metals of Daniel's image beginning with the feet, they become like dust or chaff that the wind blows away. Then the stone becomes a kingdom. He asks whether that kingdom will be confined to the land of Israel, and points to the text's answer: the whole earth. Les also stresses that this one kingdom is spiritual, physical, and political—set up on the earth, with the animal kingdom changed as Isaiah 11 describes, and Christ as King of kings and Lord of lords over the whole earth. It will be a kingdom of righteousness, holiness, and sinlessness, with no death or curse, and believers born from above will rule and reign with Him over it.

Daniel 2:35

Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
