Les Feldick Bible Study

What will the kingdom at Christ's return look like?

At Christ’s return, the kingdom is ushered in on a glorious earth where the curse has been lifted, marked by tremendous production and a population explosion. Its thousand-year reign is limited in time, yet the same kingdom economy continues forever, never destroyed, interrupted again but restored for eternity.

Les explains that the thousand-year reign of Christ is limited in time, exactly a thousand years, but the same kingdom economy goes right on into all eternity; this kingdom shall never be destroyed and will never end. He notes it will be interrupted again, but it will come right back on the scene for eternity. At Christ’s return, the kingdom is ushered in on a glorious earth where the curse has been lifted, with tremendous production and a tremendous population explosion. Les also emphasizes that our eternal estate is not floating on an ethereal cloud or strumming an invisible harp; heaven will be a place of intense activity, and we will be busy and active, with something even better than fishing, hunting, or pro football, glorious beyond comprehension.
