Where does the river in Ezekiel's prophecy flow from and to?

According to the context, the river flows from the throne room in Jerusalem, then back to the Mediterranean Sea and down to the Dead Sea, and may even go on to the Persian Gulf. Its waters are living waters, and Ezekiel says the Dead Sea will then contain every species of fish.

Les explains that Zechariah describes living waters going out from Jerusalem, half toward the former sea, the Mediterranean, and half toward the hinder sea, the Dead Sea, in summer and winter. This accompanies Christ's return to the Mount of Olives, the land of Israel, and Jerusalem. Les then connects this to Ezekiel, saying the river flows from the throne room in Jerusalem back to the Mediterranean and down to the Dead Sea, and he thinks it will even go on to the Persian Gulf. Ezekiel says the Dead Sea will have every species of fish the Mediterranean now has; it will no longer be a saltwater sea but living water, whereas today nothing can live in it.
