If the invasion happens after the Antichrist signs the treaty, how can Israel still have a full seven years to clean up before Christ returns?

Scripture reckons any part of a year as a whole year. Therefore, even if the invasion occurs ten or eleven months after the Antichrist signs the treaty, Israel can still be within the seven-year period and have the full seven years to clean up before Christ returns and sets up the kingdom.

Les explains that this invasion could take place ten or eleven months after the Antichrist signs the treaty, yet under the scriptural reckoning of time Israel would still have the full seven years to fulfill cleaning up the mess and have it all done before Christ returns and sets up the kingdom. He notes many say it cannot happen in the tribulation because there would not be enough time, but any part of a day or any part of a year is considered a whole. He illustrates with the parable of hiring vineyard workers: those hired in the morning, at noon, and about an hour before sunset all received the whole day's wage. He also notes chronologists struggle reconstructing Old Testament time because a king said to reign ten years may have reigned only a little over nine, since the Bible counts the part of the tenth year as a whole. That same principle, he says, explains Christ being crucified on Friday yet stated as having been in the grave three days and three nights.
