Is the bride of Christ being called out in the age of grace Jewish or Gentile?

The bride of Christ being called out during the age of grace is predominantly Gentile. Scripture shows God visiting the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name, the body of Christ. While some Jews are included, the calling out is chiefly a Gentile bride.

Les teaches that in this passage Simeon, that is Peter, declared how God at the first visited the Gentiles to take out of them a people for His name. That 'a people,' he explains, is the body of Christ, the Gentile believers—the bride of Christ. While there can be Jews included, for the most part this age of grace has reached into the Gentile people to bring out of them a people, or the bride. Les says the Holy Spirit has been working predominantly among the Gentiles, so it is predominantly a Gentile bride, though the Jew is not left out completely. He also notes that 'after this' in verse 16 denotes a time setting after the calling out of a people for His name.

Acts 15:14
