What are the three parts or promises of the Abrahamic Covenant?

The Abrahamic Covenant in Genesis 12 consists of three promises: a nation, a land, and a government or king. The first two are the promise of a nation and the promise of the land; the third is a government or king, who is the Son of God.

Les explains that the Abrahamic Covenant of Genesis chapter 12 is divided and its promises do not all come out at once. He identifies the promise of a nation, the promise of the land, and then the third part, the promise of a government or a king. Les says this king will be the Son of God. He further connects that third promise to Isaiah chapter 9, verse 6, a prophetic utterance given to the nation of Israel.
