How were Adam and Eve brought back into fellowship with God after the fall?

They were restored by virtue of animals slain, with God providing the blood sacrifice first and foremost. Their clothing with skins pictured being clothed in God's righteousness, covering both their spiritual need and physical nakedness, before they were removed from Eden.

Les teaches that after the fall, Adam and Eve were brought back into fellowship by virtue of the animals that were slain. God provided the blood sacrifice first and foremost, and they were clothed with the righteousness of God; the skins also covered their physical nakedness. Because sin had now entered, they had to be removed from the garden of Eden. Getting back into a right relationship with God became a necessity, and they were no longer under the light, easy keeping of the garden. They would go out and make their way by the sweat of their brow, living under the effects of the curse—thorns and thistles, disease, and insects—and raising children under that curse.
