Does God keep track of me if He is busy keeping track of all the stars?
Yes. Scripture presents the Creator who made all things and holds everything in place. If He tracks stars and celestial bodies as numerous as sand grains, He also keeps track of you. He is beyond human comprehension, yet He remembers and keeps track of His people.
Les explains that the Creator not only created everything but holds everything exactly where it belongs. If He can keep track of as many stars and celestial bodies as there are grains of sand on the beaches of this world, then He keeps track of me, and you can rest assured He is keeping track of you. Les says this is a God beyond human understanding, but that is the God of this Book. This same God with all power has saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to His own purpose and grace given to us in Christ Jesus. That purpose was generated in Acts chapter 2, before the world began, where God already had us on His mind. Paul could write in Ephesians that He has chosen us in Him before the foundation of the world. Les says it is mind boggling; the only thing we can do is take it by faith.
