Les Feldick Bible Study

Why did the man finally listen to Les's program about the gospel?

The man finally listened because a young worker repeatedly asked him about going to heaven, sowing the seed. When he heard the gospel program, the Lord opened his eyes to the gospel, and he became a real testimony of God's grace. Without those persistent encounters, he would never have listened.

Les explains that the young man sowed the seed by repeatedly approaching the man at work, asking if he would go to heaven. The man would reply, 'I hope so,' and the young man would tell him, 'Then you're not.' Had the young man not approached him time after time while working for him, the man would never have listened to Les's program. But he did listen, and the Lord opened his heart to the gospel, making him a testimony of God's grace. Les reaped the harvest that the young man's seed-sowing produced.
