Where is the kingdom of God's dear Son right now?

Scripture teaches that God the Father has delivered believers from the power of darkness and translated them into the kingdom of His dear Son, and that kingdom is presently in Heaven. This heavenly connection marks believers as a heavenly people with heavenly promises, distinct from Israel's earthly program.

Les explains that in Colossians 1:13, Paul writes that God the Father "has delivered us from the power of darkness, and has translated us into the kingdom of His dear Son." The verb is past tense; it is a done thing. Then the question is asked, "Where's the kingdom of the Son tonight?" and the answer given is, "Well, it's in Heaven." This is the heavenly connection: believers are called out as the Body, the Heavenly, with heavenly promises that Israel was never given. Israel remains in spiritual blindness for almost 2,000 years, but the day is coming when their spiritual eyes will be opened and they will recognize their Messiah. Before that, the Church must be brought to the full, with the last person brought in, and then God will finish His program with Israel.
