What will Jesus be when He sits on the throne of His glory?

Jesus will be King of kings and Lord of lords when He sits on the throne of His glory. This earthly throne is in Jerusalem, where all nations flow into it, and He will rule the twelve tribes of Israel through twelve apostles seated on twelve thrones.

Les teaches that when the Son of Man sits on the throne of His glory, this is not the cross but a whole different ball game. He explains this is when Jesus will be King of kings and Lord of lords. This throne is on the earth, specifically in Jerusalem, as seen in Zechariah and Isaiah chapter 2, where all nations flow into it. Les points out this is the earthly part of the glorious Kingdom on earth. He also notes that Jesus told the eleven apostles they would sit on twelve thrones, ruling the twelve tribes of Israel. This explains why Peter was eager to replace Judas with Matthias, so that all twelve thrones would be filled. Les emphasizes God was promising to Israel this earthly kingdom.
