What is the revived Roman Empire identified as?

The revived Roman Empire is identified as Western Europe, pictured by the ten toes and feet of iron mixed with clay in King Nebuchadnezzar's dream image from Daniel chapter 2. This final segment follows the Roman Empire in the succession of Gentile empires tied to Israel.

Les explains that Daniel 2 records Nebuchadnezzar's dream of a great image with a head of gold, chest of silver, belly of brass, legs of iron, and feet and toes of iron mixed with clay. The image depicts the succession of Gentile empires that had proximity with Israel: Babylon, Medes and Persians, Greece, and Rome. The ten toes and feet of iron and clay represent the revived Roman Empire, which Les identifies as Western Europe coming to the fore. He also notes that all prophecy deals with nations connected to Israel, not America.

Daniel 2:35

Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
